The reason you're not getting dialog audio for some parts is because some of it is meant to come from the controller, so you can either turn the volume on the controller volume up, or go into the setting menu in game, go to audio and change it to make all audio come from your headphones. The controller speaker setting is at the bottom.

The audio from the calls with Hunnigan aren’t bugged, they come from your PlayStation controller’s speakers, just like in Callisto Protocol. I believe there is an option to make it come through your headphones instead, so that might be something you wanna do in the future.
