This was a really fun game, but damn the difficulty could be absolutely stupid hard at times. One thing I do really like about this game is when you get killed, the letter of condolence to the family regarding whatever particular part of the mission you're on is striking.

the hill on khe sahn missions is like goldeneye where you dont cross boundary and fight continues you pick up ammo and keep going.

I like how the M14 is the gun you start out with at the beginning of the game, The rifle was also used by soldiers stationed in Germany during this time when the country was split apart post WW2.

The offensive against the viet cong what it should of been called because north Vietnam is what we where fighting against and it’s armies like the nva and viet cong

and the Vietcong was the resistance against the US occupation. In the same way that the Communist movements in Europe were referred to as "x Resistance" such as the Yugoslav Resistance against German occupation.

Yes but only used in large scale by ARVN (standard issue) & by Viet Cong (acquired from capturing French armory, ARVN, or bought from China -probably a leftover from Chinese Civil War). US regular soldiers didn't use Thompson. While MACV-SOG / Green Beret operators use Thompson in small numbers

@@casioak1683 Armored Tankers units in Vietnam used the m3 Grease gun sometimes and also Car15 rifles, the M3 grease gun was still used by Armored units and support units in the 1991 Gulf war.

dude this game is old but i hate commander rescue mission .. its really fucking hard tho . this game should make inf hp like cod . yea i know cod 1 and 2 having hp bar where u need use medic bag but this game is frikin hard..
