I need some help man. I developed a bad habit of pushing with my back foot instead of my front foot.

My trainer sees it and is trying to correct it but the bad habit is engraved into my brain because of working on it so much and trying to “perfect” this incorrect pass set and it’s making me hard to coach. Also another trainer taught me the wrong way. That or he never corrected me when I did it wrong which is were things can go south.
