Not necessarily "catching up" but more as a means to mimic their style and get TT fans to buy their products. It seems to be working very well. Only reason why I can't say they're playing catch-up because they're still a year behind TT lol.

Someone is buying Hasbro Beys and selling them for WAY higher prices to either make them look bad or make tons of money off of them. The same happens to TT in my country.

Having any wear with that little of usage is very concerning (especially when you consider that these beys are $20 each). Teeth wear and the quality of the Pro Series beys can vary, so it could be that you got lucky with the Pro Series beys you’ve gotten, or that people that are having issues with their Pro Series beys are unlucky. There aren’t any surveys to go off of for this. This looks to be a very similar situation with Nintendo’s Joy Cons having drifting issues (a crippling issue that renders the product almost useless and isn’t present in every one of the products, but it is a well known issue in the community).

HEY bbg's the answer to your question about the rubber stoppers is quite interesting. Both tt and hasbro have the same stopper but the reason they feel different is the disk! Different disks have different prong thickness with 0 being one of the thickest so it feels tighter than 00. To test which one has the stronger rubber stopper just use the same 0 disk to test it. Also another quick note: i think your joker chip is detective because the locking tab on one side looks messed up and usually the gt chip never pops out in battle like that.

Lately my kid has been destroying me in battle with his takara tomy Brave Valkyrie Evolution'. I was at my local target when I noticed the pro series Judgement Joker. I've always liked this bey so I made the purchase with the hope of redemption... Well, like in your description this bey hits hard, really hard!!! It was definitely judgement day for my son as he was left speechless as Judgment Joker proceeded to annihilate and BURST his Brave Valkyrie 3 rounds in a row... Hasbro FTW! The End.

Some discs really grip on the rubber burst stopper. One of the discs that really grip on the rubber burst stopper is the zero disc.If you use the zero disc on the judgement base in the takaratomy world it will grip really well.

Yeah Zankye and you guys both brought up the teeth for the pro series beys wearing down quickly and it does irritate me that I do not foresee in the future them taking care of this it does impress me that they were able to do this tho,heck I never had a Cho-Z valkyrie till the pro series one came out and its been my favorite bey so far tho I have some ideas to do with the Judgment layer and the TT Achilles chip as maybe they'll work(?)

So I bought a new joker and new twin nemesis for this. And I’d say, the hasbro Judgement is better. The rubber is harder and you don have to use blitz on judgement anymore. So theoretically I could use Judgement (Pro) Diabolos(1), 00 Expand Octa and it would still have just as or better burst resistance than the actual Judgement.

I doubt the rubber burst resistors are better on the Hasbro release, but if you compare the stock combos I would expect the Hasbro one to be better. 0 is a much better disc for judgment than 00 specifically because the prongs are further out and grip the rubber more.
