I always admire that you give honest reviews Tom! If a company does not want an unbiased review then they should not send the products out to real reviewers. There are always pros and cons. So silly for them to offer $100 to bribe you. They should take your feedback as very valuable information and make changes.

I've had many different brands of pellet smokers over the years. I had an older Asmoke model. It was BY FAR the most inconsistent pellet grill I ever owned. Had the controller replaced at least 3 times and it never could hold temp properly.

I got an Asmoke when they first hit the stores after their fund raising campaign, out of four pellet grills I've had it's the only one that caught fire.

@ same hopper but I never took mine off after installing it. My temps were really consistent and I didn’t have the connectivity issues on the via the app. Hopefully yours gets fixed or replaced

These people should not be in business. Terrible customer support. Temperature controllers that are dangerous, unbelievable temperature swings. My unit had a 5 year warranty, so I called about the temperature controller issue and was told the temp controller only has an 8 month warranty.I never heard of an 8 month warranty, 90 days, 6 months or 1 year. Based on that, I think they may also lie to their customers. I would not buy anything from this company. They should follow Z-Grills business model.

I thought your original video was fair. You didn't trash it, pointed out the good things and simply mentioned a few things that needed to be improved. It definitely seems like they are still working out some of the firmware issues. I think this model suffers from great ideas with poor execution. Sometimes companies overthink things.
