Hi alberto.... There are lot of microsoft offices like premium, ultimate, home... business......... etc..... First u find for which microsoft product your email belongs..... and jus install those product and activate with your email... And eventually if same thing happens, your license must got expired and renew that first.

When I activated the product it was with the email that I am using, this is office 365 home edition with access, publisher, one note, ecxel, word, power point, outlook, not sure if this info is relevant, this software came with the purchase of the computer on a 30 day trail.
