All infant annihilator vocals are actually not modified, dickie allen (the vocalist) is a beast ! They only add some compressions and EQ to his voice i believe

Fun Fact: Infant annihilator are a parody band. they made their first album to make fun of all those death metal/deathcore bands, by trying to make the fastest, most heavy music, with the most offensive lyrics. but they became more popular in the metal scene, than they expected, so they went on and made more music. they are a solely studio band and never played live. partly because its just a fun project, and all three members are involved in other, more serious bands.

The two main types of vocal techniques in metal are Flase chords (low deep growls) and fry screams (high pitch scream) once you've unlocked these two basic things you can play around with it and make different sounds like the zombie or the pig squeal.

It's a meme band, lyrics are meant to be as disgusting as possible and music is ridiculously heavy. You can check out their recording sessions to hear the vocalist 'live' :) Also Kardavox Academy does a nice analysis of the vocals, shows how to do all those gutturals and stuff

there are dozens great bands as these they are more labelled death grind or death grind/gore metal which again chuck s of DEATH started yet none of his vocals are like death metal bands he just influenced then yet from 1st album scream bloody gore was gore which spawned every!!!!!!!!!! gore metal grind core metal band!!! period! rip chuck! his lyrics were deep as fuck more his own style path, after 1st album........leprosy is great showed him in song writing becoming mature more on life shit.....love all own all his albums the new 3xcd versions now oop are best to own!!!!!!!!!!they fixed lots the sound like drums n mainly bass to be heard!!!!!!!! must owns!!!!!!!!

I’d definitely recommend, child chewer, ere the crimson dawn, thy faith thy oblivion or ov sacrament and sincest, if you found the the last two songs a bit too much these songs should get you interested in the band, just in general the mixing and writing is far superior in the latest album, sounds less like noise
