Thanks, usually I use the ceiling function to get the yearly quarter, but Month(Month( is a fantastic workaround. Thanks Nabil!! :) :)

Both methods are good, but I prefer power query. Your tutorials are brilliant. Thank you very much Nabil!

I prefer the single function method because you don't have to worry about updating the data. Thank you my friend!!!

Thanks for the thorough explanation, as per usual. I just wanted to note that at 04:15, using the BYROW function wasn't necessary. You can utilize WEEKNUM to handle arrays by either adding a plus sign or a double negative before the range, like so: WEEKNUM(+A3:A23,2) or WEEKNUM(--A3:A23,2). This approach applies similarly to other functions like EOMONTH and WORKDAY. Also for the power query solution, we could use the below M code to get all columns in one step as a custom column and then expand it: =[ DD=Date.Day([Date]), DDD=Text.Start(Date.DayOfWeekName([Date]),3), DDDD=Date.DayOfWeekName([Date]), MM=Date.Month([Date]), MMM=Text.Start(Date.MonthName([Date]),3), MMMM=Date.MonthName([Date]), QTR="Qtr "&Text.From(Date.QuarterOfYear([Date])), WK YEAR="Wk "&Text.From(Date.WeekOfYear([Date])) ]
