Collecting data input should be user friendly and intuitive, avoiding confusion when entering data, then easily submitting to a report that keeps all records in sequence.
Whether it’s for student registration, event booking, Visa application, Driver’s license renewal… we deal with digital forms every day.
In this article I create and automate a user-friendly form for requesting a Corporate Training Course from the OfficeInstructor Training Centre. I will be using:

A Submit button only appears If the Form Fields are completed
With a click, all data is added to a general report that saves all records.
