Context/Description:
Yuno hasn't really interacted with Officer Claire since his "departure" from the city, so this was his first proper interaction with her. Yuno brings up the lower vault & his recent arrest (after Bobcat heist) which he was heavily fined/jailed for possession of illegal firearms & explosives. Officer Claire breaks down once hearing this and wonders where she went wrong. GUH

Well in both story lines they are not brother and sister but they have gotten so close that they are like brother and sister (if that makes sense) Clair is like the older sister to yuno even though they are not actually siblings
