PCS ਅਤੇ IAS IPS ਬਣਨ ਲਈ UPSC ਵਰਗੇ Exam ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤਾ ਚਰਚਾ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਰ ਹਜੇ ਵੀ ਕੁਝ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ IAS IPS ਬਣਨ ਦਾ ਸੁਪਨਾ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਸਾਕਾਰ ਕਿੱਤਾ।
ਸਾਡੇ ਅੱਜ ਦੀ ਸਪੀਕਰ ਜਸ਼ਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੰਗ ਦੀ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋ ਹੈ, ਜਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ Engineering ਦੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ IIT ਵਰਗੀ ਥਾ ਠੋਕਰ ਮਾਰਕੇ ਉਹ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਰਹੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਕੀਤੇ ਨਾ ਕੀਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਅਫਸਰ ਬਣਨ ਦੀ ਸੀ। ਬਸ ਫਿਰ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਕਰਨੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਿੱਤੀ। ਜਿਸ ਚ ਕਈ ਵਾਰੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਵੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਿਆ ਪਰ 2020 ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ UPSC ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਮ ਨਾ ਆਉਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ PCS ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕਰਨੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ Canada ਜਾਣ ਦਾ ਵੀ Offer ਆਇਆ ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਠੁਕਰਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਤੇ PCS ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਸਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ PCS ਵਿੱਚ Selection ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ 12 Rank ਆਈ।
