He is from DANICS Group B service because his rank was 700+. IAS closes around 100 rank for Gen. And maybe 200 for OBC. He is from OBC(shakya comes under OBC in UP) cat. He would've filled all group A services first IAS, IPS, IRS(IT) IFS IRS(C&E) IAAS IRTS.. then that DANICS. DANICS fills first among all group B services. Best is AGMUT cadre for IAS which fills from top rankers. So he is not IAS. Don't degrade IAS service by giving it to inferior ranks(didn't mean to be rude). He got 700+ rank and that too in his 5th attempt(So don't laud him too much, anyone avg can get that rank).

Bruh what are you saying i know clearing upsc is hell lot of thing and getting into ias in first attempt only handful of people can clear that but i think once you become officer your rank vanish and your work speaks , illa triapthy was sdm of our area when she was posted in starting and she had no practical knowledge used to ask clerks for everything and did nothing good for the area just sat there and after that a pcs sdm came and made 3 bridges as well as electricity to the poor people’s area and the re implementation of canal in our area so he might have cracked exam in 5th attempt and got a low rank but if he is working better than the so called top rankers its better to have him peace out ☮️

I became 19 years old few days ago, I know alot about crypto, blogging, vlogging, stock market, enterprenurship, I also have self-designed automated E-commerce website giving me 20 - 40k per month. I GET SELF-SATISFICTION FROM THAT THING (business). I’m shy introverte, I think that, the character, personality, courage, strength i need can be achieved by becoming IAS officer and by getting Ex-IAS tag. My uncle was ADGP Guajarat Cadre, I know how prestigious this service is and also roles and responsibilities. *I WANT TO KNOW GROUND REALITY OF WORK-LIFE BALANCE OF AN IAS AND IPS OFFICERS* PLEASE TELL ME IN YOUR 2 - 5 MINUTE FREE TIME
