To be honest, there were a lot of these in the past eventhough it's illegal. I am glad that the official itself uploaded all of these again. This exact manzai is my favorite. Now that I learned Japanese more, I could understand the joke well and it gets funnier! 😂😂😂 I'm thinking of joining the membership just to watch the full version legally. And because there are more Touhou Project official game released by ZUN, I hope this manzai continues. Greetings from Touhou Fans overseas!
i didnt know there some other dialect accent... i do heard some kansai ben before but guess now i learn something new >.

After reading the english subtitle, I don't know if that's Hourai dialect or how German talking. Oh wait, I get it. Lunar Capital is basically space Nazi, now that's make sense. Also props to translator. I don't get the joke either since I'm not Japanese

Again, it's a mess and honestly I thought about just skipping this video completely but I thought I should subtitle *something* rather than nothing Seiran speaks in a made-up dialect throughout most of the video which mostly involves awkward word pronunciation/intonation and sentence "endings" which make it sound obviously foreign, which is very hard to convey through text; she also exaggerates unique phrases from various actual dialects, all of which have stereotypes attached to them and wall-of-text notes wouldn't have been able to explain them well. tl;dr - I tried with the subtitles but I don't think I did very well.

@@HinikuHou Don't be so hard on yourself, you did it well. Thank you for your hard work. And please don't take my comment as an insult because I never intended that way

@@moh.syafrianabie8899 I didn't take it as an insult. Don't worry. I hope I didn't come across as overly defensive.

@@HinikuHou oh you're the translator! Sir, big kudos for you, I appreciate it and don't worry about that, it's funnier to be translated that way. Now I understand, besides standard language (Hyojungo/標準語) there are also dialects (Hougen/方言) as well.

i am like 80% sure some jokes were lost in translation because of how thick her accent was

Despite the true translation lost, I still enjoyed this.

Is it that another better translation was there or about the message at the beginning since that one simply says some jokes can't be translated bc of how it plays with japanese
