Blinds are harder to install. Get a sticker that covers it. They sell different variations of it for windows at Lowes and Home Depot. I use a frosted glass one in my bathroom and a floral sticker design on my front door. Food for thought.

I would rather build an office of my own on my property. I know you live in a suburban type area with bad internet, so that's a bad option for you, but being able to fully customize a man cave/gaming set up/office building would be epic. I'm actually considering doing it within a year. Might just build a 2 story building. First floor: Bed Room, kitchen, living, bathroom, etc. Second floor: Gaming set up and everything. I can stay close to my family's homes as well which is a big thing to me.
