No, when Lee sings his part live, they are using his original vocal he recorded on the release song years ago to cover that his voice is gone. If you listen closely you can hear it.

@@afflulifestyle1784 indeed. You can hear it a mile off. It wasn't that long ago they released this song, so they should all still be able to sing it as near to the original. For comparison...The Eagles, a band form the 70's, still sing their old songs pretty accurately.
