I always get excited when the heading reads "smaller home", only to be disappointed to find that it is not. Smaller homes, to anyone I know, are 1100 sq ft or less. Manufacturers/builders have pushed the larger homes for so long that the small "starter home" is no longer a option. No wonder first time home buyers are priced out of the market. My husband and I are retired and looking for a small, 850 -1000 sq ft manufactured home to build. While I enjoy watching your channel, there just hasn't been anything presented that fits the bill. I know it's not you, but the manufacturer. Unfortunately there is a large market of people like myself, that are being ignored. Keep up the good work, but maybe try to find some truly smaller homes in the future. Thanks!

I liked this modular home. It was on the smaller end but what I liked is they kept the bedrooms a good size and the closets were big. What they did in the kitchen was two fold. Use can use it as an island or as a dining table. Fantastic idea. Thanks for showing this modular home. ❤

I'm on the opposite side, get rid of the island and table combo. Extend the wall and base cabinet space down the marriage wall with a pantry cabinet just to the right of the laundry room door. Then you pick up a nice narrow dining table for 6 or 8 to sit at.

Home run with this one, Chance! I love the secondary bathroom shower/tub wall. The layout is spot on for this smaller home. I'd do vinyl flooring throughout and change the exterior color to gray. The extra touches are excellent. This is one of my top favorites! Thank you again keep up the good work.

The wire pull out rack is for cookie sheets, and I do believe that is an air fryer/convection/microwave combo oven. Pretty cool house.

Yes, was looking for someone else to affirm my thought that the pull-out drawer at about 7:00 minutes on playback is for cookie sheets & pizza pans! & same for the air fryer/convection cooking; he says some silly things sometimes, but I'm sure I do too irl lol. You don't know what you don't know.

Absolutely love the island/table, and all the extras the island has. And so many electrical outlets-woo hoo!! I did not care for the 2 different colored kitchen cabinets especially with the floor color, but thats just me, and the black accent package is great as well. Like another person commented I too, would love to see something a bit smaller as we are retired as well and looking for less housework/less square footage but really nice options and amenities -those things are very hard to come by. Great tour Thank you!!

A home this size very well may, more often then not, be owned by retirees and single individuals, who'll likely appreciate such efficient use of minimal space. I like the kitchen island and may even ask them to go out 12”. That’s exactly what I’ve been looking for is a great Island that can replace the table. I’m wanting to build a summer home with opportunity to also rent long or short term. So I look for a little wow factor on the outside and some type of cool friendly factor inside. I don’t need a formal table just a gathering place that’s comfortable with as many spots as possible.

I am a major fan of the island/dining room table combo. This one just needs to be about a foot and a half longer. Make it so you can have 5 grown adults. 👍
