Blue is Donny. Back when Donny arrived in the village to see Vicky and Andre, Warren said to him, "Do I know you from somewhere". This could be an underlying line that Donny shot warren. Also, donny hasnt done much since arriving in the village and he's now set to be getting close to Norma. Why would they bring him in for no reason?

Felix needs to come and take his child at least. Maybe both if he can. With this whole Blue business and them together, those kids aren’t safe. They both didn’t need anymore children.
