From how I understand it, Inherited Teachings is like Thrawn's Strategic Maneuver when he leads, but on a 2 turn cd instead of 3, and it reduces it's own CD on the ally summoned to assist.

Super excited for this character more than Palp - Palp looks nasty, but is still an attacker - Luke is the first GL tank and has some crazy stuff...he's the most likely to be broken or have unintended interactions with other characters. I chose to build for Luke vs. Palp - but the main driver for that was that we need the help more on light side TB - looks like this kit will be a massive help in TB, so mission accomplished.

His taunt can't be dispelled, but there are still characters that can ignore taunt, and that's part of the reason why I think it'll be rare for Revan's Savior trigger to activate on Luke. He's so tanky, takes reduced damage from everything on top of % reduction, wants to be built with maximizing protections in mind, etc. that every other Jedi on your team is more likely to drop before he is imo (and getting that Savior trigger from Revan).

This is where reworking Luminara Unduli would be so good where she can actually help or light side allies recover protection! She’s supposed to be a healer but has such an outdated kit! If they rework her like this, this would help you as you can use her with Luke or use her to help counter Rey and Kylo

I have a feeling Savior won't even trigger on Luke considering his kit & you wanting to load up on protections. It's almost a guarantee that another Jedi aside from Luke is gonna take the fall first & get that Savior trigger first. He does taunt a lot, but takes so much reduced damage + facing off against characters who can ignore taunt effects. Seriously, after re-reading his kit just now before posting this, I don't see any way in which Luke will be the first one on the squad to go down. I'm sure it's possible somehow, but 99.9% of the time he just won't be able to die first.

ahnald a little bit off topic but its coming with these GLs.. but for the mods 6D-6A do you think the arrow mod will be changed up significantly for everyone? now that getting like 25+ speed secondary is more likely on them, the primary speed might not be as valued compared to health, offense, protection, and crit avoidance. losing 1-6 speed for big bonuses to those stats would be great
