ay bruh, its okay if you dont know how to play rocket but C tier is disrespectful when he has the highest dmg and healing capacity out of all the characters plus his team ups and utility is above all. His ult is solid not too too crazy but still solid. His movement is insane and gives him the highest survivability out of all the supports + Hes able to gank and flank with little consequences for over committing Rocket is very High elo and arguably the 1st or 2nd best support. Rocket as a solo support is tough because his healing is geared towards squishies and dps fights but can still heal tanks but not as effective when solo support. I've pulled out almost 60 kills with 35k healing as a solo support during a comp match. Rocket melts all tanks WIns in most 1v1s except against the obvious good magik, spiderman, iron fist etc. For anyone thinking hes weak i strongly encourage you to go through his kit and play him with winter soldier or punisher and get a feel for how absolutely insane his solo carry potential is. I'm getting like 10 - 15k damage blocked consistently playing him. Anyways im kinda yapping so just play the raccoon!

I personally would put warlock lower bc he has downtime on his heals if it’s getting crazy you could easily run out and have to wait cooldowns tho when his heals are up there really good
