Im brazilian, and a baritone metal singer. when I was young, in 2002, in my 18 to 19 years old, I was upset about my voice, and I met Andre, and he told me to never give up singing and that I have a great voice. thats why I keep singing, for the great Andre Matos, the best metal voice and a great human being! Andre Matosに関しては想い入れが強すぎて、VIPER〜ANGRA〜ソロetc.総て追い掛けて来た四半世紀だった。2005年のZepp nagoya杮落としでのANGRAとSINERGYとのジョイントに参戦できた事は自分の人生におけるハイライトのひとつと断言出来るし、自分と２歳しか違わないAndreの訃報は到底受け入れ難いものだった。だから彼の死で感じた悲痛や絶望は、自分だけのものだと思い上がっていた。 だけどそんな想いを、彼のやり方、彼の音と言葉で完全に表現出来る人たちがいる。しかも自分と同じ国に。 これぞ　"Nothing to Say" p.s.彼の後を追うように亡くなってしまった、元SINERGYのAlexi Laihoにも哀悼。

All the neoclassical arrangements come straight from Andre Matos music: Unfinished Symphony - Schubert -> Angra used this arrangement on Unfinished Allegro as the intro for Carry On Moonlight Sonata - Beethoven -> Andre Matos used this arrangement on his Viper song Moonlight Four seasons (Winter) - Vivaldi -> Angra used this arrangement on the song Evil Warning Caprice No. 24 - Paganini -> Andre Matos first used this arrangement on his Viper song At Least a Chance, then in Angra it was reused in the Angels Cry song. Variations sérieuses Op. 54. - Felix Mendelssohn -> Angra used this arrangement on the song The Parting Words I'm probably missing a couple more, but it's a very nice homenage with a lot of little hints here and there. If you like this song you should check Angra's Angels Cry. Probably the best Neoclassical Metal album ever made.

People seem to be finding references to classical pieces and even Helloween, but it seems to me that the whole song is intentionally and only based on Angel's Cry album of Angra. Schubert pieced is played in the intro of the Angel's Cry album, Paganni's Caprice No. 24 is played in the middle of the Angel's Cry (the song). The verse and chorus are variations of the corresponding sections in Carry On (the first song in Angel's Cry). The bridge of the song seems to be original, if I'm not mistaken, but the Brazilian-style backing vocals are heavily used by Angra (see, for instance, the bridge section of the song Angel's Cry, or Carolina IV from Holy Land). All in all, a very interesting work both musically and emotionally.

I've been lucky enough to see Fuki live a handful of times (in both Doll$Boxx and Unlucky Morpheus), and in one case (Doll$Boxx at Roppongi in Dec 2017) from right up front.
