Finally. Some good news for Albion. So. We have won the F.A PL cup. I understand this is the under 23 squad. Brilliant. Now get some of these lads signed up to the first team and flog off those under performing. Dont sell them off dont loan them out to other clubs. Keep them and nurture their potential. There maybe some hidden champs in this team.

Caleb Taylor (CB) and Ethan Ingram (RB) are first team quality. I'd have them sat on the bench next year and start some games when injuries hit. The others are still a bit off first team level but not a million miles.

I've been a Baggies fan for nearly 70 years and to be brutally honest I thought that Wolves were the better footballing side for much of the game just lacking the the finish to many good moves and they're entitled to feel proud of their performance while being disappointed with the outcome. At times I was reminded of our 1968 FA Cup triumph against Everton when, in spite of being outplayed for large parts of the game we found the spirit and determination (and The King) to prevail. Every Lad stood up to be counted last night and did this marvelous old club PROUD! I look forward to seeing many of these fellers in the first team squad in the not too distant future if we can hang on to them (we don't have the greatest record in that regard!) although one or two (no names) better learn how to take a penalty LOL! But on that score what about Ted Cann? Save after Save after Save - has he ever had a better game, I doubt it! At the end of a season that began with so much promise but finished with such disappointment it's down to these great lads that we have something to celebrate. Well Done to every one of the team/squad and let's not forget the team behind the team who nurture this talent, they're as important as those on the pitch - Thanks for making us Proud to be BAGGIES!!!

Sadly any of these lads with any talent will be warming the seats at a larger club only to be farmed out to lower leagues and never realise their potential at B71. Seen it too many times already and we just end up loaning in or buying journeymen, no wonder we can’t achieve anything
