I used to be Junior Leadership for this server, turns out it wasn't the best and the owner was younger than my 4 year old sister. I was pretty much required to be un fair on my duties as a staff member, toward members and staff. And saw the chaos as the staff that were being accepted were first time ER:LC players. I'm not saying you shouldn't go check it out, just my thoughts.

This comment talks about my work experience and how terrible HRBRP back then. (Early 2023) Dear HRBRP.. you may have had your escape but just remember that you horrified new staffs members and old staff like me in 2023.. I remember being the one of the first mods in the server when it was a “HIRE IS FREE” the game was so unorganized and my supervisors were so mean 😭 I will never join back. But I was “respectfully” fired for “no activity” OH WOW I WAS ACTIVELY WORKING BEING BULLIED. Most of the mods are clueless back then and I lasted when the server was a “Hire is free” until when all staff had to join a new discord which was also filled with corruption by mods talking about unnecessary drama and staff laughing at new moderators on how trash they were when on duty. During the summer I had to take a vacation and back then they didn’t have a LOA system which all servers based off of ERLC should have. My vacation was for two weeks and there was no rules for staff when the discord was made. THATS RIGHT NO RULES. Well of course there was no harassment allowed which should have banned cleared for those staff members who I pointed out on how hateful they were being to new staff members. So with barely any rules I could take all the take I need to be in vacation but only 2 weeks was good. Once I came so many staff members were fired because they claimed to rude supervisors. Now of course being fired was a little bit too far and unfair so a lot of former mods were only given warnings but mods who wanted to fight back, were intentionally fired. The owner “Backyard_Pets”… I never said hi or saw him online. I have no beef with the owner but all former staff that I worked with, had something mad lose in their heads on how to properly manage a whole server that had potential to become ERLC’s most popular server. LIKE BLOODY WORK CORRECTLY. I swear, I bet 3 of those supervisors has never played the game before. AND AND one of those supervisors didn’t have discord bossing people around with no clue what were the rules. Now again there weren’t that many rules for staff back then so that supervisor didn’t have much to work with on the rules basics. Did I mention that this server was steeling car livs and staff uniform livs? YEAH THATS RIGHT. Now I know this was a time when the server was in its early form but imagine just stealing stuff and livs from other server owners. I remember a “New York roleplay administration team” liv or a “Swat RP Moderation team” the uniforms were stolen from a border server based of the ERLC river city tunnel. This is all I could remember just know this server was the most bad server to moderate in during early 2023. I hope this server is a lot better but I will never join again. Everyone was mean including my supervisors, stolen liverys, bad discords, hiring for free, hiring racist people, no LOA system, not given a chance to come back, HR’s hating on new mods.
