I would say just to grind like 1-3mil money and dont buy anything in a public server while you only buy stuff in VIP servers to save money and then you can buy whatever you need.

That’s what I do. I own a lot of cars in the game, so most of the time, after the chop shop, I would go to the industrial zone parking lot or the small building in front of the police station to get a car.
