Estrella Mountain in #goodyeararizona is a very nice area. If you are #movingtoarizona you definitely have to check out this West Valley suburb. Multi Million dollar Homes and awesome family community. #estrellamountainranch may not be diverse but it is NICE!!!

It’s more diverse than you think out here. We love living out here, very family oriented, great place to raise a family. There are a few ways in and out of the area, three that I know of. Wish you would have been able to cover more of the community centers, Starpoint and Presidio. Love your videos, keep up the good work!

I live in Estrella Mountain Ranch and there are actually 3 ways in that I know of and use. There is also lots of diversity up here. Not all of it is brand new. They are building 1500 new homes as you enter in coming up Estrella, they plan to build a fashion mall near by with lots of many other food places and stores. We have complained that there is not enough to do up here or many choices for food. Also the baseball players have complained when they come for spring training that they want malls instead of having to drive to Scottsdale. So I look forward to a new video from you when the new stuff has been built. I enjoy your video so much because I'm fairly new to AZ. I came in 2016 but went back to GA and came back in 2018. I love up here on the mountain. Keep making great videos. ❤

Frame Your Life With Nykohl hi i need your insight..how long a drive is it from estrella mountain to the city part of Goodyear?...I was in Goodyear a few weeks ago looking at homes and didnt go out to estrella because I heard it was far out in the middle of nowhere?..I want to check it out when I come back in a month

@@1snakemanvrod I live in rainbow valley which is right next to Estrella , I have 1.3 Acres. don't get to use the club houses but I can have horses. I walk my dog around the lakes every weekend and he loves it. with the grocery store in Estrella I don't have a long drive for shopping. Estrella is nicer then rainbow valley but I got a brand new house for the same price with a lot more land

There are two ways into Estrella Mountain one way is down Estrella Parkway the other way is Cotton Lane. It is also more diverse than what you think. It’s a great place to raise a family or two retire.

I work construction and have built a good amount of houses in Estrella and they are super nice, pool houses ,rv garages all the options. if ur a gardener don't come here tho cuz the soil is all rocks

It’s two ways in and out. Estrella Pkwy is the main one but you can use Cotton Ln to get in & out too. Wish I would have bought a house in there when I had a chance.

I have not seen or have been aware of this area of Goodyear. Except for a couple of older ranches over by the Macys and Amazon warehouses. Never even knew about that lake.

Growing up in Avondale/ Goodyear there was only 1 Goodyear . The housing developments that are Estrella wasn’t there yet .

There is more than one way in and out, you can get in from Rainbow, Cotton Rd or Estrella Pkwy. Also, there ARE black and Mexican families there.

I've lived here in Goodyear almost 10 years, crime rate is very low. The area I live in is quiet and very beautiful. :)

@@OfficialBigSuper might be weird but the distance away from everything is why I like it, I live just passed Estrella in rainbow valley, Elliot is another way out of the area. the lakes are beautiful, people are friendly. They have a lot of events at the lakes like car shows, music festivals and fireworks. Lots of people come to take pictures at the lakes and the sunsets over that north lake is great.

Korilynn Tillmon thanks for the reply..I really didnt want my son going to a high school where there are only a few African Americans in his grade or entire school..The schools in VA are great..and his school is outstanding...he will be going to Midlothian HS demographics 11% African American..5% hispanic,7%asian,73% white....For the most part no one cares and he has friends with all groups...there are schools nearby that are more diverse with almost equal black, whites,hispanics..all great schools and great kids... hoping to find the same in Goodyear area....i got offered a job in Gilbert,Az but didnt take it because I was concerned about schools and lack of diversity..(i found the people nice there.unsure of schools)..I wil look into Basis Goodyear..

Big Cat Phoenix I understand completely! We pulled my daughter from the high school in the community. There were a few racial issues. I love Basis! I love Gilbert, but we have a much larger home in Goodyear for the same amount of money! Schools are important. Good luck on your journey.
