I knew I would and have but now it's to remember my young times with my mom that just died on August 11th. She was only 67. He picked fights with us and her because he didn't want us there and then he would claim we didn't love her when we weren't there.

I just realized it's not 20 years - but 30 years - that I've been moved by the minor chords and primal intensity of Billy's voice (where have the years gone). I know right Billy Squier really doesn't get the credit he deserves it's a real shame how the music industry screwed him over and it's probably one of the reasons why he's blackballed from the business because when he put this song on he was exposing the music industry he should be remembered more these days but they unfortunately blackballed him from the industry they blackballed him because he wouldn't fall in line with what they wanted he did something that why do people at the time weren't doing and remember this song came out back in the 70s the song was really ahead of its time he did what a lot of people were afraid to do at the time and that was exposing the music industry Michael Jackson did it back in 2001 when Sony screwed him over and refused to do any type of promotion for his album Invincible which makes me question where they are already planning to bring down his career from the beginning those are things that you got to wonder

You know a drummer is really good when he can "baton" one drumstick between beats. This song KICKS!

@@donandannie4u2 Bobby Chouinard. Spent an entire summer watching MTV for this video to come on, so I could figure out how Bobby was twirling his drumstick.

Music that never gets old. Music performed by Billy Squier will always be incomparable. A true masterpiece for all time, music is art, and art is immortal. Respect from Russia.

I was a teen in the 70s and a young adult in the 80s, Billy was one of my favorites along with Pat Benatar and Van Halen, but the 70s had some of the greatest music and timeless bands!

in the 80's I ran around an indoor track at a gym...wearing my radio earphones, The songs were on a track and the same songs played every day at about the same time. This was a great song to run to... what a beat...I'd pound out the laps to this beat...I would be in a trance... what a great tune.

I've seen him do this live, and it was extrodinary. It was a multi-act concert (I think there were four bands), and when I found out he was one of them, I thought "ehhhh, ok", but he blew me the hell away! He was awesome!
