I don't know why Nigerians hype a particular group of artists and fight over them all the time when they have such underrated gems like Chike. This is pure talent no hype!
@adaorahiАй бұрын
That’s business for them. They pay blogs to promote their music and hype it for the jobless youths to fight over them. That’s how they also get fame abroad too. Any artist that don’t know how to create controversy, get interviews home abroad and don’t spend money in promotions don’t go far, even if they are the most talented. The type of music you choose is also important. Davido is big not because he can sing but because of the type of beats that his producers use for his music, and the amount of promotions he does. His team spend money to put him on the map. Igbo musicians haven’t learnt that entertainment business. Even in mo, Yoruba producers are going places, because they put money into the production and promotions. L

The video depicts the happenings in a Nigerian wedding including the side events such as: a married man trying to woo a lady, a young lady stealing money spent on the couples from the floor and wrapping it in her cloth then smiling with the groom's mother like nothing has happened, and the Yorubas ladies pouring food given to them inside a Lynon then asking for another plate of food. It’s a love song using Romeo and Juliet as the representation of how strong their love is. The video just shows them on their traditional wedding day depicting the traditional marriage celebration of the three major tribes/cultures in Nigeria. I’m glad you love the song 🥰
