I may be biased, but I think Leonard Cohen's is still the best. However this is a nice version, what I love about this song is that lots of people know it and really like it, but have never really listened to the dark semi-sick lyrics.

My ghost friend Andy just passed away early this morning from liver cancer. He was on the verge of death as he sent me this song before he passed away while he was about to wake up in two hours to get the house ready for his 30th birthday on the 3rd. I am in such great pain from this process and I found this video. This song is giving me so much comfort.
