I dont think so. Can you imagine how many people she deals with every day? How many people approach her or try to talk to her? I wouldn blame her for not remembering their names. Like Eric said, most of her scene were with Megan. These people literally become part of a machine that makes money off of them. Every second of their days is scheduled so they probably have very little time to try to connect with people their introduced. Also we don't know what's going on on her personal life that may haver gotten her on a bad mood that week. We need to be more slow when it comes to judge others just because we think we knoe them. Both Eric and Debra seem to be on good terms with the experience, so why would we get to be offended by it?

I know Eric McCormark from Perception but I don't know Debra Messing apart from her being a 'name'. I do know the other two though and Saorise Ronan is a very well known, talented and respected young actress. Even if you don't know her you'll probably recognise the name of some of her movies.
