I read this lady's autobiography after seeing this interview. Her husband was very mercurial, she put up with so much over the years and then he went and left his estate, not to Lady Glencomer his wife and mother of all his children but to a male servant who tended him on Mustique in his final days .

What made me think twice is that I thought it wasn't being done since the early 20th century. I have read some books/stories that some newly wed couples during or around 18th to 19th century go to this brothels or (as she said "seedy" hotels) and look at couples making love.
