I think Emma knew that it was a sex song, even though she was starting to ask Jamie what that meant. She's not that naive!! I think that she was probably going to ask him if it meant puddles of "love juice" or if it was sweat. I think her action was to Graham asking if it was an older lady, thinking of bladder/ incontinence problems...and other issues associated with age/ sex in the later years. I think many people missed that point.
