Comic book youtuber ComicTropes was a real life superhero named "Omega", he ran with the infamous "Phoenix Jones" in Seattle for about a year. He made a video about his time as a superhero just called "I Was A Real Life Superhero", it's long but really interesting. I recommend it. He knows Krav Maga but says aside from just holding drunken people apart only ever got in one proper "fight" (if you can call it a fight, 2 guys tried to gang up on him, he punched one in the throat and left.

The left lane thing make sense... if there weren't left-hand onramps and highway exits, or the fact that this trend somehow seems to flip sides any time I take a road trip and end up in the Maryland, DC, Virginia, or NC vicinity. Left lane somehow ends up being the slow lane OR JUST RANDOM DEAD STOPS FROM HIGHWAY SPEED but people don't leave room in case shit goes down.
