I’m just gonna say it. Fenix, Danielson, Punk and not for nothing but Kenny Omega having a truckload of injuries and working right through them til the nearly fatal diverticulitis all the AEW doctors seemed to miss says a lot of scary things about AEW’s medical or protocol for it. Omega as an EVP (for however much that means as we’ve learned) has subtly seemed absolutely FED up with AEW (has alluded to feeling under appreciated with that sarcastic “I don’t think they need me” comment) and to be honest I don’t blame him for making his return in NJPW. AEW has ruined a lot of good will with both fans and wrestlers alike and it all ties back to Tony being either dumb or batshit delusional.

So every second they are stuck in AEW, is a second of their lives that they aren't living up to their potential. Even if it didn't work out in WWE, they'd be big enough to work dates at top billings and do signings for more money. Especially Statlander, I honestly believe the only reason that she keeps getting hurt is because she got hurt once, then didn't get the correct medical and rehab to return to the ring and it spiraled.
