This was the first Mantra I found accidentally many years ago before I went into my spiritual path. And this was at that moment the most peaceful took I could used to sleep or to relax. I felt all the time attracted to this “song” (I used to called like that before knowing that is a mantra). And I think it was meant to me to find it. Once I got into KZbin and was just there within the popular ones. Some years later when I started to meditate and chant mantras I found out this was a mantra. Such a beautiful discover 📿✨

Such a blessing! Thank you Julia. 108 : it is believed that there are 72000 'energy channels' called the nadis in our body. Out of them, 108 main nadis carry energy throughtout the body. By chanting a mantra 108 times, we fill up the main nadis with the sound energy embedded in the mantras. I am going to chant this sublime mantra in communion with the Entire Creation.

Yes but with practice and dedication, pronunciation can be improved. Mantras are empirical they came out from seers after long long meditation. Vishvamitra meditated for years after which he experienced this which came out as the Gaytri Mantra - mother of all mantras....come to me and I will teach you the right pronunciation! And I will explain in German.
