They def appear from time to time. Loved the acoustic rendition of "dreams in digital" Ryan did with Paige on their patreon. That was always my favorite song, and it sounded so much better as an acoustic.....or it could just have been the person singing

I’ll be honest, I had not heard of Julian K until I purchased my tickets for the Birthday Massacre in Virginia next week and saw that this was the opening band, but… Wow. This was an amazing cover of a great song, and now I’m just as excited about seeing them as the Birthday Massacre!

@@adamperez349 Yeah all of the members of Orgy have been in Julien K at some point. Bobby was briefly their drummer and Paige played bass for them here in 2020.

The two guitarists left 20 years ago and formed their own band. Orgy is still around but it's basically just the lead singer's solo project.

The band kind of fell apart like bands frequently do, but when the rest of the band was all for getting back together the lead singer (Jay Gordon) decided he wasn't having it and would rather restart Orgy with all new members. I have no idea if you can still find it online, but there was a public spat between some of them on social media (it may have been Facebook) which was interesting. But yeah, now we have Julien-K and Orgy 2.0. In 2021 Amir posted a pic of him, Ryan and the rest of Orgy (minus Jay) hanging out together, which was pretty rad.
