I absolutely love batcat, favorite couple ever but even I am a little disconcerted about them being #1 I actually think they're a solid #2 bc they have a great dynamic and complex relationship without being toxic (both know where each one stand and respect it) but I think the lack of stability is wath take them out of the first spot, amd even tho I'm not a big fan of superman and lois I recognize the legend they are. Black Cat is literally Marvel's attempt at giving Spiderman his very own Catwoman. And to make her different, they gave her all kinds of superhuman abilities and what not. It would be a cool way to have another difference between him and other Robins and if thats addressed in Super Sons I'd love it. Although as they're seemingly setting up John with that one neighbor girl, I think that if Robin admits his feelings John won't feel the same way. Then we can have a storyline through all the books where the Titans, Nightwing, Batman, and John all find out about it and we see how they all take it in, if they react differently than others do, all that, yknow? How do you possibly have Winter Soldier & Black Widow on this list over more established and well known couples like Reed & Sue Richards (who actually got married and had a ridiculously over-powered child together) and Gambit & Rogue (who have persevered throughout the years despite the on/off again nature of their relationship)?? What about Hal Jordan (Green Lantern) and Carrol Ferris (Star Sapphire)? Or Dick Grayson (Nightwing) & Koriandr (Starfire) or Batgirl (Barbara Gordon)? How do neither of these couples even get an honorable mention, despite the longevity and/or passion of each one. Each of these pairings I just named have either much longer lasting relationships or are as iconic throughout the DC/Marvel universes as Superman & Lois Lane/Spider Man & Mary Jane. And while I loved the pairing of Black Panther and Storm, at best I honestly feel they should be an honorable mention based on how brief there relationship was, the fact that despite being married six years they didn't produce any offspring, and the fact that despite fans being angry at their divorce, Marvel hasn't done anything to even remotely bring them back together since. I just think there were better and more deserving couples that should be on this list.
