@@Leah_music omg I was wondering the same because they can't cast 4 different parents as this set of Matilda's all had very different skin colours and they couldn't have more actors playing the parents....and even if they were black there is also i think 2 who Matildas

I saw it with Zaris. The parents and brother were white. At the start before Matilda is introduced and you just see them with a doll, the doll was black. No one questions it. And zaris was spectacular, the best Matilda I’ve seen
