He's a really intelligent dude. The crazy part is that aside from being a spanish speaking latino, he speaks Portuguese just as well as any brasilian, with little to no accent(i'm brasilian). And from this video, you can clearly hear his english with really good accent and tone, making him perfect for any SA/NA team, and apparently EU aswell.

I think niko plays great as a back up entry / lurker. He’s older now and has a lot of great decisions mid round m. Nexa wasn’t an impactful player at all they could only win in spite of him never because of him

When's the next major? Hopefully, they make it this time. Not sure why they replaced nexa instead of Hooxi. Nexa was an IGL before, right? My observation is that Hooxi is really agressive and can always create space, but often lacks the aim or the mechanical skill. Nexa is the opposite. So I guess this is the reason why they keep Hooxi for quite a long time imo. Thoughts?

As for me, there are 2 reasons. In 1, Nexa is not up to the task. And it is not able to provide the necessary firepower. In 2, as the G2 players said, Hooxi has enough balls to make Nico listen to him like another team + many say that his structure and cola are good. And Nexa is a former friend of Nico and probably he will not be in authority as a captain. Especially if after changing the role, he will sag in skill, and the colas will be worse than Hoxi's. Niko will stupidly run him over with authority. In addition, there were rumors that Hoxi would remain in G2 as a second coach analyst even after the disband. Probably, G2 was based on the situation. There are no captains on the market, + it is dangerous to change the structure at such a time. And you can change the rifler to a good one and then try to find a captain and build him into this structure. Removing Hooxi to the role of 2 trainers.
