I drive a 20yr old b5 avant....love it have it 9ish yrs now...those rs4 rims weigh a ton...its losing 20bhp rolling them...consider lighter rims for rotational mass...although they are the original rs4 rim and beautiful...if anyone has ever picked one up youd know....Audi power💪...real nice specimen btw

Tbh even though I live the B5 they should always have had Audi’s 5 pot turbo from the start. Would have kept the pedigree from the rally history and is easily the best sounding engine they have ever made except for the R8 V10.

By my measure a 480 hp car with 3,600 lb curb weight + 160 lb driver should do 0-60 in about 3.8 seconds in optimum conditions. 4.3 is quite good for your first and only attempt in a car you weren’t familiar with.

Testament to the Audi And Cosworth collaboration that a 20 year old car can still mix it with the modern stuff. First gear is very short on these so you need 3rd by the the time you get to 60. The GTR with its semi auto will hit 60 in second. And we've all seen those get passed at 80+ by other faster cars.. This RS4 is an analog car, in a now digital world. Very addictive and increasing in value....
