The leader of the IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu appeared in court today as requested by the corrupt Binta Nyako. She's bound to try him of Treasonable felony for demanding for a Biafra peaceful referendum - Kanu Kanu insisted on the Supreme Court Judgement that he must be released because of the illegality in his Abduction in Kenya and an appeal court's judgment that ordered his unconditional release. Nyako want Nnamdi Kanu to put up a defense and Kanu said NO. Mazi then told the press why Binta Nyako is hellbent in convicting him for treason without any evidence; he said her husband and son are on trial for stealing, corruption and the owners of Nigeria told her to convict Kanu and get those charges against her husband dismissed. He said Nigeria Judiciary is breaking its own laws and have no regard for their law. The case has been adjourned indefinitely again. Where is Binca Ojukwu's promise in all of these by the way?

When a court if competent juridiction makes a pronouncement, all parties MUST obey that court order before their next action of proceeding to appeal. This is gold standart of legal jurisprudence unless in the case of law less countries of the third world- a court discharged Nnamdi Kanu, why is he still in detention? We know why Buhari refused to abide by the law- his hatred for ndi Igbo is known but we are not worried about Buhari, he is non an indegenous Nigerian, but why is Tinubu towing the same line- he claimed to be a democrat, well educated and thus understand the law or is he also Igbo hater like his presexessor. The funny thing is that all those arrested for terrorism the givernment of Tinubu issued a nol'e prosecute but have now gone to the crude means of ammending and upgrading of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu xhatges.
