Great feel on a classic tune. Hard to believe this was ever a show tune. I'd love to hear what you could do with Goodbye Pork Pie Hat. I have to say, I love that keyboard solo as well. The tone he's using is just buttery. Great job on Idol the other day by the way. Real smooth.

Hi Mindi! You guys do as hell of a version of this fine classic tune! We do a cover of it in the current band I'm in and wish we could get a sax player on board, but sax players as are hard to come by such as percussionists as my self. I had the pleasure of meeting you on two occasions during a meet and greet luncheon given to a few Smooth Jazz station listeners here in Denver a few years back. When we used have a Smooth Jazz station. Love your stuff, keep doing it!

One of my all time favorites. Herbie Mann loaded it on the train. You've tied it up with ropes and pulled it up the cliff. There's wind in the kite.

Love your tones. How you pour your heart and SOUL in your playing. For the guys who claimed the alto sound was "thin"...it's the recording...not sure what happened...it's not Mindi or her sax. Interesting she's roughly the same age as Candy Dulfer. Both blondes. :)

Hi, Mindi. My name is Hosea Connie, aka "Saxy Sax Man". I'm also a saxophonist, a huge fan of yours, and I want to be a professional performer like you. So, my question is: During the writing process of the songs that you write, do you have to write out all the parts for your band or do you guys just get together and write them together? I wanted to know because I'm going off to college in a few months and I was just curious.

Good improvisation. The timbre of the saxophone I did not like. Tonality high.
