I know a another spot where u can get under the map There is a small gap to the right of the Raid factory in second sea you have to do a thing where u go up and then move your screen to the side(Siftlock needed) you can slide right down the small gap and ur just under the map BUT if you use Buddha shift( the awakened shift move) in the very corner on the right facing the wall you can shift and get glitched down AGAIN so you end up in the water but you die in the water because you can’t stand in it so Buddhas will still die

The reason for rubber to not be immune to pole v2 and v1 its because in the anime one piece nami got the rod and a electric devil fruit cloud entered it to be safe and nami can damage the literal main character luffy(rubber fruit boi) thats why in game it also damages
