Best bit about this movie is they hired a bunch of actors from the 60's 70's 80's kung fu movies who had just about been forgotten, and after this came out they all suddenly became stars again and had a few years of big jobs that let them get a real retirement plan as most actors from those days were just about broke, as the studio's treated them badly but made huge money off them

My dad said he recognized everyone from this movie when we went to go see it in theaters, he told me something similar but I did not know that this movie was so crucial for their careers. First time I seen this I was so stoned that my mouth was glued shut and I could hardly laugh. The movie was so off the chain that it was "par for the course" back then.

Well, one of those is, though KFH succeeds on levels beyond merely a Kung Fu movie. So many much better classics of the 70's and 80's that in terms of pure Kung Fu this is only paying homage to, and Forbidden Kingdon doesn't come close, sorry. Fun, love Jackie, and he's certainly in some of the Kung Fu greats, and the one fight scene between him and Jet Li is epic, but no.

I think the main character here is the son romeo and juliet, they mentioned that their son died and if he is still alive.. he is probably the same age as the hero..take note! the main character is able to heal his body.. maybe romeo and juliet thought that their son really died forever.. they didn't know that their son healed his body and for whatever reason he came back to life.. like of the main character because he and Romeo and Juliet's son are the same person..
