Rest in peace legend, the awareness touches the hearts of all mankind. I will always remember the old years of 80's and 90's in my childhood stage. Big love for Africa, Ivan from Uganda. RIP legend

24 years old. I grew up with this music, having family in Namibia, South Africa and Zim. Now im back in Germany, where i was born, and exploring my identity and i have come back to this song once again. I was vibing so hard, remembering when i was small, when it occurred to me to read a translation of the lyrics. Thats when the meaning of the song hit me like a truck.

A true legend. Took me lots of time to understand this song but it kept my child memories nostalgic. Finally, got the song lyrics in English and understood its meaning. Rest well Legend. Africa is Rising.
