One of the greatest matches of darts I've watched in a long time.. But.. Doets will not be the champ, we all know that and he, himself especially. But for now, this is why watching/playing darts is so great. It reminds me of the likes of the 9 darter of kist, or that crazy match of Michael vs Michael. Thése moments, that is why we

@@RestlessMind0479 True that! I mean, we saw quite some stuff already this wc. And while I do love the lakeside wc, cause you see players you normally never see, this pdc wc can sometimes be an absolute blast to watch. Speaking and remembring back that Michael vs Michael game. And then Wayne's commentary.. Still give me goosebumps all over the place when thinking about that. But as well tonights commentary team. I really like the voices of them both. And as well the chemistry between them. Shame that I'm forced here to watch the matches live with either dutch commentary or belgian commentary. But at least I have these long recap videos that are posted by the pdc, which still makes it nice :)

Yeah, Was the same in 1993 and even 2007 . Even mardle said we had a Handful of good players and a pile of crap and journeymen . Now theres 50 great players and 150 not so great. 2007 pdc world championship 1st round, 64 players, 2 threw a 60 average, 16 players threw a 70 , 37 players threw a 80 average and only 9 threw a 90 average. Strange as everyone says the pdc overtook the b.d.o that year ,when in reality the B.d.o first round had only 1 average under 80 , a hundred average and 11 in the 90s out of 32 players. Barneys win is lauded as the bigger1 averaging 88 in the first round an going on to beat clegg vonck and tabern on the way.And adams win is dismissed. If barney had been in the b.d.o that year he'd of likely lost first round . Just as m.v.g. anderson and others found out, with all averaging higher and losing first round.
