I'm all for them commenting on female matches, but they generally don't do well as commentators, being too excitable and high pitched. Gabby Logan is an exception. It makes for a painful listening experience, especially in darts and on the radio.

Rock always rushes to the board like that and after he throws his darts he gets out of the way quickly. I personally like it compared to Wade slowing the game down taking forever to take his darts out the board.

Does anybody else think it looks weird seeing players throw left-handed, like it's unnatural somehow? I can't explain why, I don't think it's particularly because the majority are right-handed, you get left & right handed tennis players & both look equally fine, there's just something about left handed dart throwing that I can't put my finger on! 🤷‍♂

Probably because the camera favours the right handed player, being positioned to the left of the board. In cue sports, for example, it is equal.

I did think maybe it's because the camera is to the players' left, that if there was a camera on the other side instead then would the right handed throwers look odd & left handed perfectly natural? So you're probably right there 🙂
