I never realized that I could enjoy music in such a way and it's like 80's music. Hwasa and Psy's voice add-on is beautiful. The music is so romantic yet energetic yet so vibrant. I love Psy's concept and style. It seems he is not worried about pleasing the changing tastes and trends of the public. He's focused on having a good time and partying and enjoying life. He may be one of the older kpop acts, but he dances with so much energy and speed. This is one of the songs of the album that I really liked. It's very standard in that 80's old style, nothing experimental or new, but it's fun to listen to and to sing along with. It just sounds nice and has a contagious energy. The video is super fun too, simple, but enjoyable. Psy and Hwasa both are great dancers and strong performers. Psy makes every emotion and every musical style seem humorous, without betraying the feeling of the song. I guess you could call this having "charisma". PS: I am told that this is a remake of a song by Jermaine Jackson (feat. Pia Zadora), called "When The Rain Begins To Fall".
