I have two degrees 1979 -1985 and I walked into our local Library asking for stories on tape. The older Librarian lectured me for being illiterate in front of shock people around me. I couldn't speak from the shock and ignorance. But, I learned that day which is why illiterate people hide from shame and ridicule. The Jehovah's witness church cries out when they see auditors with camera's. " OH THE CHILDREN !! " The reality is that children that are now grown are now suing the church because the church had a policy to hide sexual abuse from the Police -----> which is a crime. So , I am suspicious of people that try to weaponize children.

That’s why it is very difficult to get records in some states and very easy in others. Always remember when watching audits and police interactions in the state of Connecticut. They have limited qualified immunity for police. HB 6004 Police Accountability Bill eliminates immunity when officers know they are violating a person's civil rights. Has it helped?
