One thing to add. You said cry it out for 2-3 days, but you can't put a time limit on your healing! Cry for as long as you need to cry, but make sure the meaning behind the tears isn't that you're worthless, unloveable, etc. Don't beat yourself up for crying longer than you think it should take you to heal! F boy story: We started off as high school friends 😬 he wasn’t attractive to me AT ALL..but he would do nice things like walk me alllll the way home (my house was so damn far from the school) and we would talk on the phone n stuff all the time (I still wasn’t attracted to him) then an incident happened at school where I beat this white kid up for being hella racist towards me 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ when I went home to call him (I was sent home early and suspended) he tells me “I think this might be my last time seeing you because I threatened the kid that beat you up cause I overheard him talking about you again” anyways I was like nah I’m comin to see you 🤷🏾‍♂️ my hot n ready self go to his house and we ended up makin pizza (doin the do) this became a habbit for the both of us 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ then boom we start catchin feelings...he seemed so different he took me out got my nails done and he even bought me a phone 🤤🤤 I was so in love...then things started to do a backflip 😐🤷🏾‍♂️ we wouldn’t talk all the time no more...he would get annoyed when he answered my calls 🤦🏾‍♀️ he started comparing me...he started to become physically abusive and controlling...he would ask for “breaks” and he would start arguments out of thin air 🤷🏾‍♂️ I would cry so much and he’d tell me “stfu you sound annoying when you cry” or just hang up if he hears me about to cry 😐 he would block me..ignore my texts purposely 😐😐 he went and told his co worker which is a girl that literally did not like me for no exact reason all my business and she threw it in my face and he took his anger out on me because he knew he fucked up 😐😐 everything this nigga would do he would never see but when I do something it’s the end of the fucking world 😐😐 everything revolved around him 😐 when we would fight he never wanted to talk it out he would just go weeks without talking to me and tell it to his family...he had his family against me because he would just tell them exaggerated shit.....he started calling me out of my name and shit and telling me that I’m the reason why my life is the way it is 😐😐 (I was in foster care because of abuse and he knew my whole life story) anyways he was what would be called a narcissist....and he was the worst person I ever met...his family will never understand what type of person he is..no one will ever understand unless they date him 😐😐 I don’t pray that type of pain on anyone.......I know this is long and if you made it to the end thanks 😊😊😊
