How do you stop loving someone, who did not leave on their own. It hurt deep! One day I heard this song on a cable music station. I felt it was talking directly to my pain. It took seven years, and many mistakes, but I am happily remarried to a Wonderful Woman of faith. Blessed with two beautiful children, boy and a girl. Now tell me, God did not come through for me. I’ve been without my parents since I was 7. I never knew it affected me until I got to my late 20’s. I was raised by my grandmother and I just had to caretake for her this January because her children ( my aunts and uncles) would not until she passed away in my home this July. So when I thought I had just identified my issues I just got handed a whole new set. And I feel so lonely it hurts. I have so many emotions and this song brought them out. I’m bawling in my car now.
