Yo Cam! I know you are the king of spice and I've seen all your videos and I never comment bit I gotta know! When you hit a spice challenge and a restaurant uses extract are you a little hesitant when you go for that first bite!? Cause I love spice and get on that heat but extract can be a little sus depending on how much they use, especially when you show up! So I was just curious.
